How to decorate a meeting room?

The meeting room is one of the places where life (and vitality!) vibrates in a company. It is a place for exchanging ideas, working, negotiating, joking, reflecting, brainstorming... It would therefore be preferable to make it a friendly and productive space! Here are some inspiring and motivating decorating tips and tricks. How to decorate a meeting room?
1

NO MORE WHITE WALLS

Out with the cold, almost medical atmosphere! We brighten up the meeting room with beautiful photo frames or funny, motivating quotes. This creates a pleasant atmosphere for teamwork.

And for all those meetings that run late, we install a design clock to keep track of time. ;-)

DECO TIP: turn a wall into a giant slate to make it both a productive and functional decoration!
2

ASSERT YOUR STYLE AND PERSONALITY

Sometimes it only takes one element to give character to a meeting room. A vintage bicycle for a cosy "home-like" atmosphere, an electric guitar for a dynamic atmosphere, a design light fixture in a high-class style... The challenge is to succeed in creating a meeting room that everyone will want to book!

DECO TIP: not sure what style to adopt? Take inspiration from your company's business. At Bruneau, for example, we could make a wall frieze of pens.
3

DISPLAY YOUR COMPANY'S VALUES

Meeting rooms are often the cradle of crazy ideas, innovative projects or heated debates. To prevent excesses and to stay focused on the objectives of your meetings and appointments, decoration - again - can help. Use it, for example, to remind everyone of your company's values or recent successes (e.g. an award).

DECO TIP: liven up one of the walls of the room with a word cloud deco sticker.
4

ADD SOME GREENERY TO YOUR MEETING ROOM

It has been proven by numerous studies and approved by Pocahontas herself (yes!) that 100% natural decorative accents are perfect for calming the body and mind. So let's get to work! Grab a shovel. We place flowers, potted plants, mini cacti or hanging plants and amuse ourselves with volumes and small pieces of greenery.

DECO TIP: don't have green fingers? No stress, artificial plants have the same visual effect (and we promise not to tell our friend Poca).
5

TIME TO TIDY UP

Because a table cluttered with old papers or cables has never helped anyone host a friendly and constructive meeting, decorating a meeting room is also a matter of organisation and tidying up. The meeting table should always be free and clear to provide a welcoming working environment. If you regularly consult books or documents during your work meetings, then consider installing a bookcase. But (yes, there is a BUT!) the bookcase must remain "light" and design. Let's not turn the room into an antique shop, thank you very much indeed.;-)

DECO TIP: take a quick look around the meeting room before a client arrives and remind the teams not to leave their cold coffee lying around.
We hope these ideas will help you give your meeting room a stylish makeover.
