As an alternative to the mouse, the trackball is more ergonomic: you no longer move the mouse, your fingers do the work by spinning the ball! It is also appreciated by professionals for its more suitable usage for certain applications.
The model presented here is the Orbit trackball from Kensington. It is a wired model (USB connection) using optical technology, equipped with 2 buttons, and Scroll Ring technology: a wheel located around the ball allows you to easily navigate long documents or web pages. And for even more advanced comfort of use, a removable wrist rest is included.
And with the TrackballWorks software (available for download), you can customize your trackball: use of both buttons, cursor speed adjustment, and scrolling adjustment.
The ball measures 40 mm.
