Description and features

An intense coffee reminiscent of Italian black coffees, with smoky aromas and notes of licorice, that can be enjoyed as both a ristretto and an espresso.

The coffee is freshly roasted and ground near the Rhine. The ground coffee is first compressed into a ball, then coated with a protective layer of natural origin. The protective layer preserves the coffee's aroma even after the packaging is opened and provides stability to the coffee ball.

The variety designation is inscribed on the coffee ball by laser marking, without any printing ink. During the percolation process, this mark becomes moist and eventually disappears. The ball is 100% compostable at home and decomposes in a few weeks in a humid environment.

An ecological and recyclable cardboard packaging equipped with a thin protective film protects the coffee balls from oxygen and moisture. Moreover, the coffee balls are packaged under protective atmosphere to ensure intact enjoyment throughout the conservation period.

Incidentally, the same rules that apply to freshly ground coffee apply: after opening, coffee balls should be stored in a dry place at room temperature or refrigerated temperature. This allows them to be kept for up to three months even after opening.
