Stretching exercises for the upper back and abdominal muscles
To relieve body tension in the office, sports coach José Stimbre suggests 3 simple arm stretching exercises you can do in the office. Aim: relax and release tension!
Before starting the exercises, you should position yourself correctly: sit with your knees at 90 degrees and your feet flat on the ground.
Take your back off the backrest and bring your shoulders slightly backwards. The head and back are straight.
1EXERCICE NO. 1: STRETCHING THE UPPER BACK, LOINS AND ABS
Interlace your fingers.
Push your palms towards the ceiling
Breathe in and out at the top.
2EXERCISE 2: STRETCHING THE TRICEPS
Place your hands in front of you at the level of your breastbone and fold your fingers together.
Breathe in: chest forward.
Exhale: roll up the upper back and pull in the stomach
Breathe in, breathe out ...
Your hands form a fixed point from which we make the movement.
Take care:
Do not stretch when injured, never force yourself, breathe slowly during exercising.
