SORT
Reports, invoices, meeting notes… Documents can pile up quickly on a desk. Archive the most important documents digitally, and save time by scanning your pile of documents.
Do you have the tendency to save them 'just in case'? You wil eventually realise a few months later, that it was useless for some documents to stow them all away in drawers and cabinets. A good lesson: throw everything away that looks useless. Even better: you need to learn to throw away regularly useless documents! You will feel a lot better!. And when you are hesitating, you can make it a lot easier for yourself by buying the following item:
sorting trash can with two compartments. But be careful, avoid to go in overdrive, so you don't throw away important documents. Some documents don't need to be saved, but it would be quite unfortunate when they fall into the wrong hands. For cleaning up carefully, we advice you to provide yourself with a good paper shredder.

CLEAN UP EVERYTHING
Now that you've sorted everything, and you've only kept what you wish to save, it is time to put everything carefully away, so you can always quickly find what you need! Indeed, it is not because your files are "stored" that you will easily find them, it would be
too easy. In order to be sure that your efforts are not in vain, use storage material that is in line with your taste:
colored files,
a wall sorter ,
a nice pencil holder,
archive cases,
archive boxes...
There is more than enough choice. The most important is to find the material that fits you the best.

An extra
cabinet, in order to avoid an unnecessary pile-up of files.
An extra
chair
for your visitors !A
coat rack, so you don't have the tendency to put your jacket on the back support of your chair.

your office, however, there are a few good tricks as a remedy. For example, take up the habit of:
Cleaning your computer screen and your smartphone with the adequate products. Use for all LCD and/or touch screens cleaning sprays without alcohol and/or cloths that catch the dust.
Wipe afterwards with a micro-fibre rag, in order to remove residues or traces.
For plastic surfaces (keyboard, computer mouse, telephone,...), you need to use
disinfecting cloths for removing the germs. Spraying some air from your
air dusters
on your keyboard to remove all crumbs and dust, that are hidden under the keys of your keyboard. In general, for a healthy, fresh and clean air, you need to ventilate your offce! Open as many windows as possible to ventilate the air and to remove germs. Sometimes, you can use a
scented candle or an
Air Wick diffusor, but be sure it's ok for your colleagues, cause you don't want to annoy them...
