YOUR ROLE

As a logistics clerk, you’ll be the link between our customers, drivers and internal organisation.

You’ll ensure that our daily transport planning runs smoothly and that our customers can count on an excellent service.

You will be responsible for:

Drawing up and monitoring the daily schedule for our own drivers and external hauliers.

Maintaining close contact with customers and drivers throughout the entire transport assignment.

Proactively informing customers when problems or delays arise, and working with them to find the best possible solution.

Following up on orders after delivery and dealing with any queries or comments.

Handling and following up on returned or damaged goods.

Ensuring smooth communication and excellent service, with customer satisfaction always at the forefront.

YOUR PROFILE

You are bilingual (Dutch and French) and communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing.

You hold a bachelor’s degree, or have equivalent experience.

You work accurately and keep a clear overview, even when things get busy.

You have strong communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with customers and drivers.

You are solution-oriented and enjoy taking the initiative.

You can handle pressure well and know how to prioritise.

You are proficient in standard PC applications; experience in a logistics environment is an advantage, but not an absolute requirement.
