Description and features

Plastiline is a professional modelling material designed for sculpture, mould-making, restoration, and prototyping, suitable for artistic and industrial applications. The material retains its volume and never air dries, allowing work to be paused and resumed repeatedbly without loss of detail or consistency. Hardness 40 offers a high level of flexibility, making it ideal for shaping, filling, and preliminary modelling work, easily handled with fingers or simple tools. USE: Plastiline can be softened by hand, with a heat gun, or a hairy dryer for easier shaping. It can be liquefied in a bain-marie at 40-50°C and reused up to five times without altering its properties, then hardened again by placing it in a refrigerator. Supplied in a sealed tube lined with parchment paper and protected by polypropylene end caps, ensuring clean storage, long-term stability, and easy of handling. The surface can be painted with acrylics or sealed with shellac diluted in alcohol.
