Inventum 3-liter stainless steel deep fryer

* The Inventum GF431B cold zone deep fryer has a capacity of 3 liters and a power of 2200 watts. The rotary knob allows you to easily set the temperature, up to a maximum of 190°C. The fryer is equipped with a removable inner pan and a stainless steel housing. The heating element is suspended directly in the liquid frying fat. The temperature sensor therefore reacts much faster than with a traditional fryer. The fries are quickly seared and become very crispy. * The heating element is suspended a few centimeters above the bottom in the liquid frying fat of the cold zone fryer. With the heat radiating upwards, the fat remains cooler at the bottom. Frying residues descend into this cold zone and do not burn. The fat therefore lasts longer and you have fewer problems with frying odors. * Cleaning this fryer is very easy. You can put the lid, frying basket, and tank in the dishwasher. The exterior of the fryer can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a little dishwashing liquid.
