Made with a frame of cylindrical steel tube, diam. 22 x 1.5mm, cold bent and continuously welded. Two reinforcing crossbars
made of steel are placed under the seat. The geometry of the canonical type metal frame is very strong due to the section of the tubes used and the reinforcements positioned under the seat as well as the double alternate welds for assembling the rear legs.
Enveloping, non-removable, and non-slip tips designed to increase the chair's grip on the floor and reduce noise during handling are applied at the base of each leg. Cold bending, continuous wire welding, oven painting with epoxy powder applied after prior degreasing and phosphating treatment in a thermal tunnel give the 5030 Design chair structure robustness and reliability. The seats and backrests, in beech veneer plywood 7mm thick, natural acrylic-based varnish finish that is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, are anatomically shaped to provide comfortable and ergonomic seating; they are attached to the chair's structure using light alloy expansion rivets. The structure's conformation does not in any way compromise the chair's stability but preserves the correct anthropometric values and functionality.
